How do I add my Frequent Flier info *after* I booked a flight?

I booked my air travel and did not realize my frequent flier information was not on my profile.  I updated my profile (after I booked the flight) with my frequent flier information and have 2 questions:

Q. Since I updated my profile, will the frequent flier miles apply to the already-booked flight?

Q. If not -- what steps should I take so that this flight is connected with the proper frequent flier information? Call? Cancel/re-book? Other?

@susanNYC To answer your questions. No, the frequent flyer number will not be added to an already booked flight. 

Use the airline website to enter your FF number to the booked flight or call your company's travel agency. Going forward, your Concur Travel booked flights on this airline will have your FF number added to it automatically.
