Hotel on itinerary telling me they have not been paid

I arranged a conference trip via Concur, booking both flight tickets and hotel. 


My trip was approved and paid for by my university. 


When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me that they did receive my reservation information but has not been paid for my stay.


It appears that the university did make a fully payment but somehow the money is stuck inbetween and never got to the hotel. 


Who should I get in touch with to sort this out?

@seongoh If the university did indeed pay, they should be able to check the statement of the card used to see if a payment posted to the account. You will need to contact whomever is in charge of paying for your trip.
