Hotel booking

I am attempting to book a hotel but all of the hotels state Not Allowed. How do I fix this so that I can book a hotel myself?

@HenryM Unless you have Site Admin permissions, you won't be able to fix this. When Not Allowed shows, it is usually because the hotel is out of policy or some rule is in place that disallows the booking. I suggest giving your travel agency a call. They should be able to help you book your hotel and they might even be able to see why all hotels are showing as Not Allowed.

 

It is possible that the rule wasn't set up correctly. I say that because it is rare that every hotel would be disallowed.
