Hotel booked multiple times before not coming up in searches

I am trying to search for a hotel that I have booked multiple times through Concur and it is not even popping up now. It's not due to availability because when I go to the hotel website, it shows they have availability. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi - this could be due to your company restricting access or having an incorrect property code loaded in the system.  Please contact your company administrator and bring this to their attention, you could also contact your Travel Management Company to see if they can book it directly in the GDS (Reservation System).
