Hotel Search Not Functioning

Using SAP Concur v9.65.0 on iOS 12.1.4; the search function when looking for a hotel errors out.  You can see it find a list of hotels in the background while searching is displayed.  The search ends abruptly, returns the search form, and displays the following error: OOPS.  Could not perform the truest, please try again.

i have tried three other ways to search for a hotel but in all cases I keep getting the error.  Is anyone else encountering this behavior?  Is there a solution?

We are having this same issue. I've heard from 3 users so far. It is very frustrating. I've reported to Concur and they just say they are looking into it.
