Hotel Reservation Issue

Unable to book hotel

Getting error message after clicking which room setup is preferred and trying to purchase. Never had this issue before.

We were unable to reserve the hotel room you requested.
Please contact your company's Travel Administrator or your travel agent for further assistance.

@ihyatt98 unfortunately our error message details aren't very helpful, as I'm sure you are now aware. Best option to get the room booked is by calling your travel agency. Their contact information should be found in the Company Notes section on the SAP Concur home screen. You may need to click Read More to expand the section.

I am getting the same error - tried on two different browsers, 3 hotels, all confirmed in-policy.
