Hotel Preference option for disabled users

Does anyone know how the wheelchair accessible and blind accessible work, Does checking the option limit the availability display to only hotels that have these room options available?  It didn't seem to make a difference when I tested.

@acanteras I'm guessing that with these options, the system is sure to include these types of rooms instead of only displaying rooms with these options. I've not tested it, so it is purely a guess. 🙂

 I did check with our Concur select care team and apparently clicking on the options does not really do anything at this time,  However, with the travel evolution, we may see this function in the filtering menu.

Good question and thank you for bringing g it up here. @KevinD , are you able to consult w your  intenral Concur team to provide information on how Concur supports travelers w disabiliies,  so they can plan their travel in Concur? What options, if not today, will become available w the EoT program (I know it was renamed but dont recall the new name). Thank you for putting that question to your Concur team and sharing w us here. Much apprecaited.

@Lsisung I heard back from my Travel contacts. Having options for travelers with disabilities is something our Travel product team would like to do in the future. However, the best way to get this implemented is to submit an enhancement request through our Customer Influence program. That way our Travel team can track the request and push for these types of options based on customer feedback.
