Hotel Booking not showing on Hotel App

Good Afternoon,

If a hotel was booked, should the employee be able to see it on their Hotel App dashboard (Vendor App) or linked to the actual Hotel Vendor Page?

@Maritzamqz it should appear, but the operative word here is "should". I've done airline bookings in Concur Travel that didn't appear on the vendor's app. In fact, last week I booked airfare on American and it doesn't show in the app.

Airfare are showing since the reward numbers are linking them. But Hotel bookings are not, I am thinking because they are reserved by a 3rd party and not directly with the vendor. I booked a hotel stay for our director, when he bring ups the hotel app on his mobile that reservation does not link or show on his dashboard. He normally likes to see it on there and do a quick check in when at the property.

For the last 3 years my hotels have been showing on the app after I booking them via concur. This week they stopped showing up. My frequent guest number is and has been in my profile. They won’t show up for me anymore. I called IHG and they said they can see the reservation via my confirmation number, but my frequent guest number is not showing up. They told me it is because of third party booking. For the past 3 years my bookings have been in the app. I deleted reservation and called our travel department and they booked hotel for me and it showed up on app. Me doing it in concur is not showing up.
Did something change recently?

@Lsxcvb when you say, "not showing on the app" are you referring to the Concur Mobile app or the IHG app?

 

If you were referring to the Concur Mobile app, there wasn't any change that would cause the issue you are having. If you know who your company's travel administrator is, you can have them submit a support ticket to Concur Support as this shouldn't be expected behavior.

It is not showing up on hotel IHG app. It always has. Just started doing this and nothing has changed on my end. Shows in concur. Called IHG and customer service sees my reservation, but does not see my frequent guess #. Everything is showing in the reservation on concur,  including frequent guest number etc. For some reason it stopped transferring to the IHG app recently.

Also, I just made a reservation via concur for a Bonvoy stay and everything transferred to the bonvoy app from concur. 
So I think there is a glitch somewhere between concur and IHG that needs to get worked on.

Yes, I have to call also for the Hotel, Rental Car, etc. to have them link the rewards with the reservation for it to show in the vendors app. This is not productive at all!

This is an issue for me as well! The reward numbers are shown when a reservation is made through SAP Concur but the actual app for "HOTEL, RENTAL CAR and AIRLINES"  are not showing up . This is very frustration since our travelers use these quite frequently to check in! How can this be corrected!

We are seeing the same problem and don't know if it's our TMC issue or a Concur Travel issue.  What do we need to do.....I already have some cases active about the problems, but not getting to root of issue.

Has there been an resolution to this! This is happening way to frequently. The actual hotel, airline, etc. app does not show the reservation and we are not able to check in!

I am getting the same problem for my last two trips and my next two that are scheduled, but its with my National account. In the past I book everything through Concur with my loyalty info in Concur and after its finalized it easily shows up in the National App and in my profile on their website. Now, I don't have any info in National's profile info and I have to manually enter in the confirmation number to see my reservation- but there is no way to add those details to my account. I even called National and they were able to see the reservations but could not attach them to my profile so that I can see them in the app.

Our agency is having the same issue with several of our Concur clients.  IHG and HH are booked in Concur with the loyalty number added.  The traveler then goes to the IHG or HH app and their reservation is not displaying in the vendor app.  At check in, IHG and HH don't show the loyalty number attached to the reservation.  We have opened a ticket with Concur, but we are told that the name in Concur does not match the name on the Hotel loyalty number.  This is not the case.

For me its National Car Rental. I had to call National and they were able to "connect" my frequent account to my reservation and it showed up.  That was for the last trip. I've now booked a new trip and have the same problem.

My Marriot and airline accounts seem to be fine.
