I'm a new Concur user. The problem message appears when I search for flight information.

" Error from reservation system: Sabre profiles safe mode not available "

Is there any way to solve this problem? Thanks.

@fayelee a couple of other people had this same issue. They were able to get it resolved by contacting SAP Concur.

Do we know the root cause of this issue and how to prevent it from happening again? 

This is something that happens once in awhile in my system and to the same users
