@dunphyro not sure if this has been resolved yet, but when you sign in to SAP Concur, you should see a Company Notes section. Look in there to see if there is a phone number or email address provided of who to contact. If not, come back here and let me know. Or as an alternative, you could ask your direct manager if they know who to contact.
