HELP! SABRE PROFILES SAFE MODE NOT AVAILABLE???

Please help me to solve this issue, I can´t buy tickets, it shows "SABRE PROFILES SAFE MODE NOT AVAILABLE", what is that?????

@mfkasparas this will need to be submitted to Concur Support by your company's site administrator. Concur does some sort of profile synch to correct this issue. 

 

If you aren't sure who to contact, look in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen to see if there is any information there on who to contact.
