Guest User Booking - Unavailable

I have a user who is unable to see Guest Booking in travel. However she had it two weeks ago. Has there been a change I am missing? Anyone else having this trouble?

@jholland Hello.  Thank you for posting in the SAP Concur Community.  I do see that you have opened a Support Case for this issue.  Did the user by chance change their password recently or changed rule classes?

@TriciaW, thank you for your response. One of my colleagues did indeed open a support case as this user needs to book multiple tickets asap. The user did not recently change their password nor were they changed in a rule class. Any other thoughts?

@jholland I do see the case that is  now open for our Support team to review. When I look at your company site, it looks like all travelers can book guest travel, so I am not sure what the issue is.
