Ghost Card Access

Good morning,

 

Help!! I am the Administrator for our account and have the Ghost Card option but when I click nothing appears.

Who can I contact to request to mirror another user access?

 

This is super urgent as company card expiry has changed and employees are not able to book flights.

@37090078 when you say, " but when I click nothing appears", what are you clicking? Can you provide a screenshot, please?

 

Also, have you gone to the Help menu in the upper right corner of SAP Concur and tried the Contact Support option?
