Hello!

In the Profile Travel Preferences, what is the difference between Frequent-Travel Programs and the Advantage Programs?

Thanks!

Stephanie

@stephanierenner yes, the frequent travel program is so travelers can get their miles and points with airlines, car agencies and hotels. The advantage program is for companies to get discounted rates with vendors.

@stephanierenner Hello.  The Frequent-Traveler Programs is where you would enter your frequent flyer information. It allows you to rack up miles and earn free flights. It is used for frequent air, car, and hotel programs.

The Advantage Programs are discounts that are provided by the vendor. Those provider Advantage Programs are enabled by your company for each travel configuration.

@TriciaW  So the Frequent-Traveler program is the users' individual program accounts and the Advantage Program is company accounts?
