Flight booking error

Hello Community!

I am trying to book a flight from Bathurst NB to Kelowna BC and I get an error saying...

Sorry, we are unable to return search results, which may be due to:

your company's travel policy
the way your company has configured Concur Travel
no available options for the dates/times searched

Please try another search

How can I fix this? How can I raise a ticket?

@Dany1 if you are still having an issue, try increasing the search window. When you are doing your booking, look for the fields that have a +-2 or possible some other number. A lot of companies have this defaulted to only 2 hours. Increasing this widens the search window which could yield some results.
