Flight booked over phone, not showing in Upcoming Trips

If I book a flight over the phone, when will it show in Upcoming Trips so I can expense it?  There was an error with my first booking, so I called and the representative re-booked for me, but not the flight doesn't show up at all under Upcoming Trips (just the hotel).  I need it there so I can submit an expense for it.  Could it just be delayed? (it's been about a week since it was re-booked over the phone)

@lauren_howc there shouldn't be a delay. I would suggest calling your travel agency and asking them. I am pretty sure the trip should appear under Upcoming Trips. See what they say. 🙂
