FCM Concur Travel - Event isnt being automatically posted to outlook calendar

Hi,

I have two users who are facing an issue of not having the itinerary of the booked flight being created on the calendar.

Once they book the flight they received the email confirmation about the flight, but that event didn't get created in their calendar automatically. 

We checked the Event in Email settings in OWA and they are enabled and set to create a calendar event from an event thats in the email. 

Is there any guidance that can be shared here?

@Mrebelo1996 that is the correct setting, so I would suggest submitting a Support ticket to SAP Concur to have them take a look.
