Exchange Calendar Integration

We are thinking about configuring the Exchange Server calendar integration but our security team has issues with the setup as we are transitiong over to AWS and have concerens that Multi-factor authnication and the need to change password every 60 days could be an issue. How do other deal with the integration to Exchange?
