Error when trying to cancel trip

I'm receiving an error when trying to cancel an upcoming trip that says "We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request."  I have tried multiple times, closed my browser, etc.

Are you able to contact your Travel Management Company? They should be able to help see what the problem is and get your trip confirmed.
