Error when booking flight

I have tried booking a flight for a client 5 times and keep getting the same error message. I've booked dozens of flights up until this point. Please help!

Message says:

We're sorry. We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request. Unknown error trying to store fare.

@kathy_eow Unfortunately the error doesn't help much. However, if the issue persists and you need to book as soon as you can, you should call your company's travel agency.

Have you tried using a different browser?

Hi, I encountered the same issue, and using a different browser (from Chrome to Edge) didn't help

@T_Koppejan I would suggest calling your company's travel agency so they can get your travel reservation booked for you. See if they can ascertain the problem. If you have frequent traveler numbers on your Concur Travel profile, make sure the names on those accounts match the name you have listed in SAP Concur. If they do not match, that would cause an error.

However, for now, your travel agency should be able to do your booking so you can get the reservations made.

Thank you,

I was receiving the same error message but the fix is inputting your personal information ie address, preferences, etc.  It worked as soon as I did that.
