Solved: Error switching user

Hi there! We are receiving an error message from Concur while trying to book a travel for other user.

Could you please advise how we could resolve this problem? This issue exisst since last Friday.

Hello Serdelyi, Happy Monday! I would open up a SAP Concur case and let them know that this has been happening since last Friday. Please include the users name and login that is trying to book travel and the name of the user they are trying to book travel for along with the screen shot you have posted here. Our SAP Concur support team will be happy to research this for you. Have a great rest of your day!
