Error message when trying to submit travel request in Concur

I am getting the following message when I try to submit my flight request - what does this actually refer to? I cant work out what is wrong with request? All fields are complete.

@MariaV unfortunately our Travel errors aren't very helpful. I suggest calling your company's travel agency to see if they can pinpoint what is causing the issue. With this generic of an error, it could be a number of different things.

Hello Kevin, thank you for getting back to me.  I gave up and got a coffee, left it for a few hours, closed everything down and rebooted my laptop (unrelated)....then had another go at it and it worked perfectly...I did nothing different other then submit again....so must have been a glitch...;0)
