Error message when searching for flights

Hi,

when I search for a flight or hotel I get the following error message:

"Sorry, something went wrong. An error has occurred with your trip profile. Contact your travel agent for immediate booking and your company administrator or help desk for assistance."

It was suggested by the support team I should adjust my profile and skip all "weird" letters (I live in Spain), which I did but the problem persists. Any idea what is wrong? I could book flights and hotels without any problem until a couple of days ago.

@ChristianF I would suggest calling your company's travel agency to see if they can pinpoint if there is an issue with your profile.
