Error message when booking itinerary, resulting in multiple reservations for same trip

Hello,

 

When travelers attempt to book flights, they receive an error message (see below) and cannot go any further in the booking process. They would then sign out of Concur and back in and tried again ...but get same error message. It also creates 2 or 3 active PNRs/reservations in our GDS (Worldspan).

 

Concur acknowledges that this issue is impacting multiple clients, yet there is no incident log.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?
