Error Message Received When Searching for ANY Travel

This started last week and it has yet to be resolved, I was told that it was being worked on by our administrator, but as of this post it is still not working and I wasn't sure if there was anything further I could do on my end, or if there was some kind of status update on when this may be resolved?:

@AGleason if you need to get the booking done, you will need to call your travel agency. As for the error, I'm not sure what is causing it. Your travel agency might be able to tell what the issue is.
