Error Hotel Booking

We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.
We were unable to book your hotel due to the following error from the reservation system. These data may help you (or client support) diagnose the problem:
ID: HSReservationError
Currently we are in the second trip for hotel reservation , we see the message from the concur system , please help me fix the problem. Thank you.

@richardtsai26 the message doesn't really tell us much, does it? 


For these types of issues, I recommend contacting your travel agency to get the booking completed. I'm not sure how to correct this issue, but you might need to have your company's travel administrator submit this to Concur Support.
