Error - Frequent Guest Number required

I'm trying to book a hotel and keep getting this error code 

"We're sorry .... We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.

We were unable to book your hotel due to the following error from the reservation system:

Frequent Guest Number Required"


I do not have a frequent guest number and can't figure out how to fix the error.

@JillHornbeck this would be your rewards number for that hotel. If you do not have one you then need to:

1. Create an account/reward number with the hotel and then enter into your SAP Concur travel profile. Once done, try again. 

2. Choose a different room from that hotel as this error is telling you that for the room you are selecting, you must have a reward number with that hotel.
