I am embarrased to say "I wasn't aware of this feature".
The practical application in the USA is with Southwest and GDS airlines. I would like to know if you have this enabled and if you know of any gotchas with turning it on. Does TripIt read XA as Southwest too?
It makes sense to turn on for the users but I know we'll have to deal with it on the agency side (we're a CTD) so curious how many problems it casues downline.
