Employees not seeing their flight bookings in their profiles.

Some of our employees are not able to see the flights they recently booked in their profiles. We have not yet migrated to the new UI. Is this the reason? Thank you.

@jdretler our new UI is for Expense only right now and should not affect Concur Travel. 

 

Are these employees still not seeing their flights?

Correct, this has happen a few times. Most recently this week. They were told by our travel agent the flight could be seen in the old Concur portal but not the new one.
