Electric cars - rental cars

I wondered how or if you address the renting of Electric cars in your companies Travel policy.  If you do have something mentioned in your travel policy about electric cars can you share what you say.  Our employees don't rent many cars they usually use Uber/Taxi but we had someone recently rented a Telsa.  Our office doesn't even have a charging station and most hotels around us don't either.  Any feedback you can provide would be helpful.  thanks,
