@chuckhammer the only way I know of to edit an itinerary is from the SAP Concur home page, click Travel at the top. This will take you to the Trip Library. On this screen Upcoming Trips will be the active tab. Click on the Trip Name to open the trip details. I'm sure you probably already tried this.
I tried this myself in our training site and I wasn't able to make a change. My only other suggestion is to call your company's travel agency and see if they can access that field and get it changed for you.
