This would be good feedback for your company's Concur Administrator and your company's Travel Management Company (TMC). They can likely help get this fixed or, at least, make it better/easier to navigate. @VishwasG I would suggest reaching out to your company's travel management company and let them know the issue. They would be the best to help solve this issue. There are too many factors that go into how your SAP Concur Travel tool is configured and since we don't have access to those configuration options, we really can't provide assistance.
