Disable Travel Wizard/Booking through Concur

Our organization no longer wants the option to book within concur available for any employee. How I can I remove it?

Hi @AP_CLERK ,

To add/remove the Travel Wizard User permission, you need to have the role of an Employee Administrator.
Once you have it,
from User Administration follow the path below:

1. Go to Administration > Company > Company Admin > User Administration
2. In the search text field, type the name of the user and click Search
3. Click on the name of the user to open the profile
4. Under Role(s), check (to Add)  or uncheck (to remove)  the Travel Wizard User checkbox
5. Click Save

@AP_CLERK based on the steps provided by @PoojaKumatkar you would be removing the permission one employee at a time. I don't know how many employees you have using Concur Travel, but you might want to consider contacting your assigned Customer Success Partner and ask them about this if you have a lot of employees.
