Direct Billing - Vehicle Rentals

Hello!  I'm new to Concur and am having trouble reserving vehicle rentals.  I confirm the cars on concur and use the credit card saved to my profile, but each time renters go to pick up their car, they are told there isn't a payment card on file and are told they need to provide a physical copy of the credit card for payment.  How can I avoid this so that renters can pick up vehicles seemlessly?

@JackCarty so I'm clear...you are renting cars on behalf of other employees, correct? 

 

Can you walk me through the high level steps you are taking, please? Concur Travel is designed to do bookings for yourself unless: 1. You have the Guest Booking option turned on or 2. Your fellow employees have made you their travel arranger. 

 

So, are you using either of these two options when booking for others?
