Did not receive itinerary from American Express

I made a travel reservation through Concur earlier this month but did not receive any itinerary from American Express. I realized that I when I was on my way to Rockford IL. I called the Hotel and they confirmed that I have a booking with them. But now when I am preparing my Expense report I need that itinerary. I tried to go to Concur and search in my trips but it gives me an error message. Any comments on this?

@mohsinkkhan your best option is to reach out directly to AMEX Travel and let them know your itinerary didn't show up in SAP Concur.
