Custom Field in Travel Reporting

Greetings, 

I need to find all the blank "Client Codes (department codes)," for employees. This is a custom field in a traveler's Concur profile. 

How can I add this column in Cognos? There are about 20 custom fields to change from and its not clear which is the correct custom field. 

Or, is there a travel report that I can use?

Hello @robertivory 

I think you can assign a field name for the reports
Go to: Adminstration->Travel Admin

Go to "Manage Custom Fields", and click on custom field name. 

And then you could select or view "Reporting Field Name"

We would like to include the travel employee group in the Cognos reporting, and we notice there are few "Conditional Display Settings", they are ticked by default.

Can we just leave them? We don't see the employee group at profile page and we are not sure what the settings are for.
