Credit card type does not include RuPay

Hi Users/Admins,

I am a new user of Concur.

I am trying to add a new credit card to my Concur profile.

The card types shown do not include “RuPay”.

Which option should be selected instead or can someone please add the RuPay option to the list?

The current list seems like -

American Express
Discover
MasterCard
VISA
UATP
Diners Club (Outside North America)
JCB International

@anupshirolkar that list cannot be edited. Will you be using this card to reserve and book travel in SAP Concur? I'm not sure it will be allowed as a method of payment since it is a domestic credit card that I don't believe is accepted world wide.

I suggest either speaking with your direct manager about this or calling your company's travel agency.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your reply.

I was able to make a hotel booking with the card.

I also read more on the RuPay website and it turns out they have partnered with international finance providers like Discover, Diners Club, JCB etc. to make it an international card.

I added my card with the type Discover.
I hope it will work seamlessly now.
