Creating a new Profile as an administrator and the person isn't receiving the verification link

I created a new profile and the user is in the process of logging in for the first time however they aren't receiving the one-time link that will allow them to sign in.  "Sign-In Request to SAP Concur".  Their Login ID doesn't match their email, but the email is correct.  Help.

@mmagalla_wlgore have you considered going to their profile and creating a temporary password for them? That way they can just go to concursolutions.com, enter their username and temp password to get signed in. They can then change their password once they are signed in.
