Corp Credit Card for rental car

Employees reserving rental car using our Corp Credit card. When they checked out rental car, their personal credit cards had a hold placed on the rental car? What's going on here?

@jstama And these employees didn't provide their personal card at the time of picking up the car?

Are the rental car payments supposed to be put on the corporate card or is the corporate card just being used to reserve cars?

There are some additional details that need to be provided before I can offer a possible reason. 🙂

Thank you for your response. Employees reserved cars on Corporate Card. They are supposed to use Corp card to reserve and pay. They did NOT provide a personal card at the rental counter, and after they drove off the lot they got an email showing a hold on the rental car on their personal card.
