@u842065 I've not ever seen a Final Request option. To complete a booking it usually either says Confirm Booking or Purchase Ticket. When you sign in to SAP Concur, click Travel at the top of the screen. From the Travel screen, click the Upcoming Trips tab to see if the trip show there.
