Conference Hotel Room block reduced rate booking

I'm booking travel for a conference that offers reduced room block rates. How can I book through Concur and access the reduced room block rates since these reduced rates are not shown on the Concur website?

@SACKEK03 I would either book through your travel agency or directly with the hotel. Booking through your travel agency should have the itinerary flow into SAP Concur. Booking with the hotel likely wouldn't show up in SAP Concur, unless you have your SAP Concur profile linked to TripIt and you send the confirmation email to plans@tripit.com.
