Concur will not display Southwest Airline options from LOVE Field

Trying to book Southwest Airlines out of LOVE Field Dallas DAL - Concur will only display American or United out of DFW.

Are you able to contact your Travel Management Company? It should be listed on the Concur Home Page or on previous invoices for travel booked through Concur.
