Concur travel expense allocation to internal order(statistical) and cost center.

Is it possible to allocate travel expenses to cost center and internal order at the same time? In our scenario we use Internal orders in some cases to collect statistically costs (on ERP). Due to that there is a need to provide internal order as optional(cost center reqird) field in allocation window.

Right now We can provide just internal orders(real) or just cost centers at one line...

As far as I know in Concur  you must choose between Cost Center or Internal Order as part of your hierarchy.

A. Cost Center

• SAP Logical System
  
  • SAP Company
    • Cost Center

B. Internal order

• SAP Logical System
  
  • SAP Company
    • Internal Order

However, you can add a custom field to expand this hierarchy (that's how we have it).

C. Cost Center + Internal Order

• SAP Logical System
  
  • SAP Company
    • Cost Center (mandatory)
      • Internal Order (optional)

In this scenario, what makes posting real is the Internal Order master data in SAP (statistic flag).

@lukorzech what you are asking is possible, but it would take some work on the back end to get this set up. It isn't anything you would be able to do and likely would need to be done by SAP Concur.

Facing same issue.  We use SAP S4/Hanna as ERP.  IO's are used for Cap-Ex, but business wants to track Op-Ex costs using IO (we do not have project module) and have costs hit a central cost center,   Is this possible with existing setup or does it require SAP Concur back-end help as you describe.  If back end, how do I initiate that process w SAP Concur?

@mscott1271 when you sign in to SAP Concur, click Help in the upper right corner. In the drop down menu, you should see a Contact Support option.

We opened a ticket with Concur through our implementation partner for the same issue, and we were directed to open a ticket with SAP.  We need to be able to always pass the cost center AND be able to pass an IO (statistical order) using ICS.  We cannot find anywhere in the CTE set-up where we can add another list.  The documentation points to the ability to create another list, but there are no instructions on how to map that list into the ICS CTE setup.
