Concur not showing available Hotel corporate government rate

Concur is not showing government hotel rates for several hotels in my corporate system. The Hotel Corporate site is showing government rates is available. why does concur not capture all available government rates.

@kjy have you inquired of your travel agency as to why this might be happening? 

I'm not sure on government rates, but I do know for corporate rates, the company enters their discount code into SAP Concur to ensure the proper rates and discounts are applied. 

I would see what your travel agency says.
