@RobertGary1 SAP Concur doesn't actually charge credit cards. The system can use a personal card, if you have added it to your profile, to make a hotel reservation, but the system and company doesn't charge your card. Only your travel agency can charge your card (for airfare) or the vendor themselves. Have you asked your Travel Agency (they confirm all bookings) why you have a second hotel booking for the same dates? The second booking should have showed on their end.
If you were indeed charged for a second booking, the charge should have been from the hotel itself. You could have them reverse the charge.
