I keep receiving an email from Concur that my Marriott Bonvoy account will not connect to my Concur account. I contacted Marriott, confirmed my account #, confirmed the account is open and active. Marriott says there is nothing on their end that would prevent my account from connecting and advised me this is a Concur issue not a Marriott issue. This entire process is beginning to get quite frustrating.

I guess you are an end user of Concur.
In your case the first thing I would try is to edit my profile in Concur and removing the Marriott's account, save, re-log and adding it again and save.
However if you prefer, your Concur system administrator should be able to assist as he could eventually take the issue to Concur Travel support.
Take screenshot of your system to share with your administrator of the error you are getting, so Concur would be more focus on the solution without the need of messages back and forth.
I am interested to know the outcome, but if there is an error there is always a specific reason.
