Concur app and website

When trying to book reservations on the website it is asking me to put in my middle name and when I do this it does not accept but then says it needs my state-OH_ and then does not accept that. I have cleared cache and restarted computer but that has not helped. How can I fix this?

I tried to do reservations on the website it will only let me rent a car from an airport and will let me book a hotel close to Office.

@tmreed could you provide a screenshot of the screen where it asks for your middle name and then where you entered the middle name and state, please?
