Hi everyone,
Normally with Travel i know that in case of policy exception ( like costs out of policy) we can manage it easly. let me explain: if you search a flight the system gives you some results, and in case of need you can book a more expensive flight than what the company have decided from their policy.
Is it possible if i do not book directly from Travel, but if a integrated travel agency books for me.
Can i manage those kind of exceptions? How?
