Concur Travel Itinerary - Deutsche Bahn message

Beginning on/around 9/19/24 Concur Travel itineraries are displaying the below message at the top of all itinerary emails sent. Any fixes? 

It appears regardless of whether Deutsche Bahn is booked and is very confusing to travelers and bookers.

Cancellation of this booking is not possible through SAP Concur. Please use your order number to cancel directly with the vendor.

Ticket information can be viewed on the Deutsche Bahn website using your order number.
