Concur Mobile App Access

Hello Community! If a traveler has access to Concur Expense, but not Travel - could they have access to Travel through the app? For example, our teams in India have access to Expense but not desktop travel. Could they access travel through their app instead? Thank you, d.

If the user only has access to SAP Concur Expense when in the web version, they should only have access to SAP Concur Expense when in the Mobile App. They are logging into the same system, it is just with a different device. Their login credentials are what determine what they can see when they log into SAP Concur.

Thank you, @KevinD. So then, how would our associates in say India where we don't have travel turned on, be able to access the travel program which is turned on in the US? Also, is it possible to turn on Travel US for our global associates or do we have to have a program for each country?

I believe you can activate Travel for any employee by going into their profile and checking the Travel Wizard User checkbox on their profile. Keep in mind that you will need to assign a Travel Policy to these users, so if you only have Travel activated for U.S. employees, that would be the only Policy you can apply to your India users. However, you can create additional Travel Policy for other countries if you need to and create rules specific to them.  Before doing anything though, I would recommend conferring with SAP Concur on this.
